Refund policy
We do not offer exchange of items if you change your mind. This is because our items are produced on demand. Please refer to the sizing guide to choose your sizes accordingly.
We do not offer refunds unless your product is faulty or damaged, or lost. In the case of your items being faulty and/or damaged, you will be issued a full refund once we have inspected them. You must email us at info@shopbasicapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know. Shipping cost however are non-refundable. Please include photos of the faulty items when emailing us.
