Shipping Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge $10 flat rate.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time varies between products. Please refer to the estimated delivery time displayed right next to each product.

In-store pickup

We are online-based store so we do not offer in-store pick up. 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to Australia and United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shopbasicapparel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
